The PONDERAIA
Where Your Horse can be a Horse!
Horses are healthy, happy,
sound and sane
when given the choice. ~ Laine Raia
MISSION STATEMENT
To introduce adults to the wonderful world of horses. To promote understanding of who equines are, how they think, and how they can help us better cope with the stresses of our everyday lives. By interacting with these unique, perceptive animals and establishing a shared bond, horses can help us build confidence, focus on our inner selves, improve our lives and attain our goals.
The Ponderaia strives to help you meet your specific goals. See below for what we offer.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Horsemanship Lessons:
Develop a one-on-one connective bond with an equine built upon awareness, understanding and mutual respect. Geared toward those not necessarily seeking to ride due to physical or other concerns, but desiring an up close and personal relationship with an equine. Learn to lead, exercise in hand, brush, feed and care for a horse on an up close and personal basis. Beginning horsemanship lessons are unmounted, but can progress to mounted lessons, sponsoring a Ponderaia horse, or leasing.
